These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of PenguDoku, a mobile puzzle game operated by IdleHands Studio ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PenguDoku, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
PenguDoku is a puzzle game for iOS.
The game is primarily a single-player experience. Certain features, including the Daily Challenge, require an internet connection and use Google Firebase services.
PenguDoku does not require traditional user accounts or registration. Firebase Anonymous Authentication is used to support certain online functionality.
PenguDoku may include optional rewarded advertisements and optional one-time in-app purchases. PenguDoku does not currently offer subscriptions.
Certain features may require an active internet connection.
The Daily Challenge uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Anonymous Authentication and Firebase Analytics, to provide online functionality and help improve the game experience.
These services are subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
IdleHands Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play PenguDoku for personal entertainment purposes.
All artwork, code, gameplay systems, graphics, sounds, text, and other game content remain the property of IdleHands Studio or its licensors.
You agree not to:
Game progress is stored locally on your device. IdleHands Studio is not responsible for lost progress resulting from device changes, deletion, resets, or technical issues.
Some online gameplay information related to the Daily Challenge may be stored through Google Firebase to support online functionality.
PenguDoku may offer optional rewarded advertisements provided through Google AdMob. If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement and the advertisement completes successfully, you may receive the in-game reward described at the time of the offer.
Advertisement availability is not guaranteed and may depend on factors outside IdleHands Studio's control, including network availability, device settings, region, consent status, and third-party advertising services.
PenguDoku may offer optional one-time in-app purchases through Apple's App Store, including permanent gameplay-assist passes such as a Hint Pass, Animal Pass, or combined Hint + Animal Pass.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms, payment rules, refund policies, and purchase authentication requirements. IdleHands Studio does not directly process your payment card or banking information.
Unless otherwise stated in the game, these passes are one-time purchases associated with the Apple account used to complete the transaction. Restore Purchases may be available for eligible non-consumable purchases.
PenguDoku does not currently offer subscriptions.
PenguDoku is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
Use of PenguDoku through Apple's App Store may also be subject to Apple's own terms and policies.
We may update or discontinue the game or its features at any time.
Your use of PenguDoku is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
PenguDoku is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdleHands Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
